职位描述University degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering, or related engineering disciplines Min. one year experience in technical supports or hardware prototyping Programming knowledge in C and / or any high level language Experience in electronic SMT rework soldering is a plus Good command in oral and written communications, and self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
One of the Global market leader of its field that has coverage in 70 countries with 300+ offices, is now seeking an Support Engineer to join their AsiaPac IT team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support on GPS depends on container tracking devices and systems
- Carry out problem determination, isolation and RMA follow up
- Involve in prototype testing, data usage and costs analysis
- Involve in new technology evaluation and testing
- Cooperate with teams to solve production and support issues
