Retail Sales Associate

With the HBX e-commerce platform shipping to over 80 markets worldwide it has a retail store in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

• Support the sales and daily activities for retail stores.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all customers and handle their enquiries.
• Process payments returns and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain the stores presentation by displaying products as instructed restock shelves and ensure all merchandise is in a presentable order.
• Assist in maintaining the fitting room and stockroom daily operations.
• Support inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and ensuring the stockroom is organised.
• Assist in completion of any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
