About the job :
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing campaign execution and event planning for the Hong Kong market. This role combines hands-on execution and strategic thinking to drive local brand visibility and support business growth through integrated marketing initiatives.
The candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing, APAC, and serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities in Hong Kong.
Your function :
Strategise, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels for the Hong Kong market
Localise global and APAC marketing strategies to suit local audience behaviours and business priorities
Create and adapt campaign content, including copywriting in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese where relevant
Manage local media partners and marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals
Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and campaign roadmap for Hong Kong
Support marketing budgeting, planning, reporting, and performance tracking
Provide local market insights to inform broader APAC marketing strategy
Collaborate with associations and external industry groups to amplify brand presence
Translate and adapt marketing content from English to Traditional and Simplified Chinese
Proofread and quality-check all Chinese content for accuracy and tone
Manage social media platforms relevant to the Hong Kong audience
Coordinate with the APAC marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and execution
Lead the planning and execution of physical and virtual events in Hong Kong
Handle end-to-end event logistics, branding, communications, and post-event follow-up
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver engaging, brand-aligned events
Work closely with colleagues from different teams and geographics globally
