A well-established machinery equipment trading company is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team –
Responsibilities :
General clerical support, document issues (e.g. Invoice, PO etc.) and processing, data entry, filing and so on
Handling incoming calls
Assist the team leader in handling the maintenance service and inspection schedule
Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned
職務 :
負責一般文書工作,開立文件如訂單及發票等、一般資料輸入、文件整理存檔等
接聽電話
協助主管日常運作,包括跟進維修部的工作日程和檢測進度
協助執行上級分配的其他職務
Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above
2 years of clerical / administrative / customer service working experience
Responsible, well-organized, willing to learn with pleasant personalities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Chinese Word Processing and English Typing
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude will also be considered
Immediately available is preferred
