Responsibilities :

  • Understand and assess customers' needs to provide comprehensive solutions
  • Manage end-to-end case assignments including service request process, service planning, progress monitoring, and case closure
  • Deliver high-quality, client-centered care coordination with measurable customer acquisition outcomes
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
  • Participate in continuous improvement of customer service delivery processes

Requirements :

  • At least 1 year working experience in customer service
  • With Elderly or health care or knowledge of CCSV (Community Care Service Voucher) experience will be an advantage
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Chinese word processing
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving ability
