Responsibilities :
- Understand and assess customers' needs to provide comprehensive solutions
- Manage end-to-end case assignments including service request process, service planning, progress monitoring, and case closure
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered care coordination with measurable customer acquisition outcomes
- Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
- Participate in continuous improvement of customer service delivery processes
Requirements :
