Responsibilities

To assist Team Head who manages 2 sub teams (CBG Sales Surveillance and CBG Customer Feedback Management) for process revamp to enhance work effectiveness and to ensure meetingpliance standard.
To perform data analysis to draw implication and carry out new initiatives on new process and to enhance the robustness of control.
To coordinate any project on Sales Surveillance and Customer Feedback Management related area to ensure the progress meeting project timeline and fulfilling ultimate goal.
To prepare management report, presentation deck with data and slide to support ad hoc or regular meetings and reporting.
To liaise and coordinate with audit / pliance / business units where needed to uplift the work effectiveness and quality.

Requirements

University Degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance or Banking. Minimum 7 years' experience in banking field. Familiar with banking, investment and insurance related regulatory requirements. Capability and experience in analyzing data from control perspective. Good atposing presentation deck and management report. Well-developed interpersonal andmunication skills. Strong presentation skills.
