Associate, Trading Support (Hong Kong)

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues methodically with a sense of urgency and a high-level of professionalism
• Understand financial markets, technology, trading applications and the trade lifecycle in depth
• Stay current with financial and technological trends, regulations and best practices
• Work collaboratively with regional and global teams as needed across trading, technology, risk andpliance to deliver strategic and client-driven solutions for some of the largest and most prestigious institutional clients in the industry
• Monitor, analyze and maintain the health of the Instinet core trading platform
• Hands-on deployment of trading applications preparation, execution and verification
• Generate reports on system performance and upon business requirements
• Focus on efficiency and sustainable support that can scale
