Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager to collaborate with different departments / business units on campaign development for Customer Services Team.
  • Provide assistance on review User Requirements, Functional Specifications, UAT Test Plans and conduct UAT test cases to ensure system settings are able to meet user requirements and standards.
  • Collect feedback from frontline and revert to related departments / business units for operation / services enhancement.
  • Assist Manager on staff training material for Customer Services Team, including new joiners and existing staff members.
  • Provide operation support to Customer Services Team including operation manuals development / review, MIS Report preparation.
  • Ensure staffplies to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement when delivering job duties.

Incumbent Requirements :

  • Secondary education with minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail banking / consumer products, or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of functional test automation, test management tools and practices.
  • Logical thinker, result-oriented and with project handling, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal andmunication skills with ability to deal with different parties.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks.
  • Goodmand of spoken and written English and Chinese.
