Head of Marketing, Promotions & Partnerships | Shopping Mall

A prominent corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, involved in various retail projects across Hong Kong and China, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Marketing, Promotions & Partnerships. This role entails leading the Marketing, Promotions, and Partnerships Team for a large shopping mall in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will report directly to the Department Head and manage a team of 10 professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement branding strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Create comprehensive marketing and communications strategies and action plans.
  • Organize year-round events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat.
  • Implement public relations strategies, including media relations and community engagement.
  • Drive marketing partnerships and licensing income to support sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance collaboration and brand visibility.
  • Oversee P&L management related to marketing and partnership activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and partnership development in large corporations.
  • Strong background in the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industries.
  • Experience managing marketing activities targeting Chinese tourists and executing promotional campaigns for shopping malls in China.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • A proactive mindset focused on driving sales and partnership growth; potential to groom into a deputy site in charge within a short timeframe.
