One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network / security solutions, is now seeking HR & Administration Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day & all-round office administration duties, such as : office supplies, equipment, and inventory, hotel and transportation arrangement
- Maintain the proper filing system by hard copy record-keeping, staff claims, medical and leave records and system input
- To provide quality administrative and secretarial support to special projects, such as office renovation, removal, employee purchase, annual dinner, regional meetings as assigned by management
- Assist in organizing various company functions
- Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or above with 2 years plus service industry experienceFluent in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferredDetailed minded and well organizedTeam player, with good interpersonal & communication skillsExcellent computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a mustImmediate available will be advantage
