About our client

We have a number of top international firms looking for Legal Assistants to join their HK and / or US IPO teams, these roles can be based in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Beijing.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Preparation : Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing IPO-related documents, including prospectuses, registration statements, and legal opinions.
• Regulatory Compliance : Support compliance with relevant securities laws and regulations in both Hong Kong and / or the US.
• Complete due diligence and verification checks and go on due diligence business trips as required.
