Responsibilities :
Maintain and develop relationship for existing and potential customers of market data licensing, i-Data, historical data and cloud platform products etc.
To maintain different social media channels on daily basis
To assistant marketing team to organize workshops and events for existing and potential clients and partners
Conduct research to collect feedback from clients, understand customer needs, perform in depth client analysis, identify market trends, seize the business opportunities
Work with client coverage and technical teams to solve client enquires and provide proper solution for client use cases
Constantly review and optimize fee schedule, market data policy, product enhancement to fulfill the clients’ needs
Integrate company, headquarter and third-party resources and clients need to provide strategic planning and roadmap for new products
Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to ensure an effective product and partnership implementation;
Ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements :
Bachelor's or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or any relevant discipline
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and strong written skills in both Chinese and English
Fresh graduates are welcome
With basic knowledge of the market data and / or financial industry;
With understanding of cloud platform and / or AI technology is a plus
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives and good interpersonal skills
