职位描述Lead Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with a significant portion in a managerial or supervisory role Strong experience in engaging with and managing relationships with stakeholders and clients Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Enthusiastic about delivering training and sharing sessions Preferred experience and knowledge in GCP and Google Looker Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin Immediate available / short notice period is preferred.

Your key responsibilities in this function will be the following :
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high performance.
- Deliver data-driven solutions and provide expert guidance to Maisons
- Lead the delivery and management of scalable data products within the APAC region, ensuring quality and reliability
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to execute data products, leveraging cross-functional expertise to achieve business goals
- Serve as a business partner to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, manage priorities, and address demand
- Empower local markets with data capabilities and support data-driven initiatives to drive business growth.
