What requirements you'll need to be eligible
1. Degree / Diploma - preferred but not required
2. Previous work experience in sales / customer service / operations / call centre is a plus
3. Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin to liaise with customers and international stakeholders.
4. Good Microsoft Office (E.g. Word / Powerpoint / Excel) skills
What you'll be doing on the job
1. Deliver professional and personalised in-person, email, phone, whatsapp and telegram support in every interaction with drivers and riders.
2. Going beyond mere problem-solving to identify root causes and work with other members of the team to make continuous improvements.
3. Make customer care a competitive difference; consistently exceeding the expectations of customers.
