Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance services during the installation of various devices for system roll out
- Carry out installation and maintenance of computers hardware & software
- Updating, maintaining inventory records on hardware & software
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Provide onsite support and solutions to end users
- Set up backup software and security software
