In this role, you are responsible to resolve Property, Construction, Engineering and Casualty claims including global program claims in Asia. Work closely with manager, fellow Claims Specialists, network partners and Shared Services Centre to drive files to resolution and interact and collaborate frequently with Practice Leaders and the Underwriting team. Manage assigned claims while setting and implementing the case strategy for these claims under the direction of the Practice Leaders and Claims management.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Ensure claim files are maintained in proper manner and adhere to the AXA XL Claims Specialist / Adjuster guidelines and protocols
• Own claims files and work with AXA XL Claims Manager and Practice Leaders to develop strategies with vendors while identifying larger and more complex losses
• Manage and resolve claims cost-effectively, also taken into account technical standpoint and client relationship
• Manage and support global claims handling, also maintain communication with network partners and producing offices
• Support Underwriting units in winning and retaining business, and participate in external marketing and business development activities to promote AXA XL Claims’ value and service proposition
• Engaged in claims initiatives as assigned from time to time, and receive mentoring and coaching from Claims Manager and Practice Leaders

You will report to the Claims Manager, P&C.
