A fantastic opportunity to step into a full-time permanent role that will prepare you for a future career withputershare! Our Counter Services team is currently looking for an Investor Counter Officer to join the team. The role will be based in Hopewell Centre, Wanchai.

A role you will love

This role requires great attention to detail, you will be familiar with working in a main contact point with shareholders from different issuers, assisting in collection or dispatching share certificates, dividend cheques, transfer documents and different kind of shareholder's and corporatemunications. You are also in a role of issuing of counter transfer receipts and performing documents and forms checking.

You will participate in projects aimed at business process improvement in thepany and a chance to work with different stakeholders and have opportunities to drive efficiency and keep a closed touch with the uing changes in stock market for uncertificated security handling. You will be with us aim for deliver professional transfer services and participate in answering enquiries from the shareholder should the need arise.

Some of your key responsibilities will include :

Perform day to day operation of the team includes :

• Provide assistance on issuing of transfer receipts and checking with necessary documents.
• Maintaining a high service standard for handling enquires in a timely and professional manner
• Work co-operate with different support teams to deliver professional transfer services.
• Support an Ad-hoc assignments are required
• Receive dealing instruction from listed clients and coordinate with internal parties for execution

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful, you will be a secondary school graduate with basic knowledge of the Hong Kong stock markets. Individuals with customer service industry experience will be valuable and considered. You will bring a detail-oriented mind-set who is self-motivated and well organized with goodmunications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
