Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth in Hong Kong and China.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding / offboarding, and employee records management.Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and China labor laws, including employment contracts, visa / work permits, and statutory requirements.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling in accordance with local regulations.Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal changes and best practices.Talent Acquisition & Management
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Hong Kong and China, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.Develop employer branding strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.Implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and career development plans.Drive learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation benchmarking and ensure competitive salary structures for Hong Kong and China.Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., MPF, insurance, bonuses) and ensure compliance with local regulations.Conduct periodic salary reviews and promotions in line with company policies.Employee Engagement & Culture
Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values across both locations.Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.What It Takes
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or HR certification preferred)10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role covering Hong Kong and ChinaIn-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and China labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practicesStrong experience in HR strategy, talent management, and operational HRProven track record in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relationsExcellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in a multinational company (MNC) or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.Working experience in Semiconductor distribution industries will be a bonus.
