职位描述Diploma / Degree holder of Art or design-related discipline 5-7 years visual merchandising experience, especially from fashion retail is preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered as Visual Merchandiser Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Visual design tools Creative mindset and being able to work independently Capability to handle ad hoc promotion requests from marketing team / shopping malls to ensure all in-store promotion materials are aligned with overall promotion and sales strategies Capability to handle ad hoc requests as assigned
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES＞ Store VMD
- Arrange monthly VMD installations
- Prepare monthly VMD calendar and responsible for store update base on guidelines from Japan HQ
- Communicate with contractor for VMD props / visual setup & provide installation guide
- Material sourcing and coordinate with suppliers for the ordering and producing of all VM materials
- Support all event design and layout creation and VM plan
- Assist in arranging display installation / dismantle
- Prepare all VM proposals for Japan HQ approval
- Work closely with marketing and retail team to coordinate campaigns and ensure cohesive branding
- Train and support DTC staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques to ensure consistent execution
- Provide and update all VM weekly reports, event reports and photos to Japan HQ
- Store visits to maintain good VM presentation
- Work closely with internal and landlords to arrange regular VMD installation base on guidelines from global
- Provide VMD display guideline for all DTC
- Handle shop requests for VM issue Graphic design and video editing
- Support & responsible for the graphic design adjustment and artwork development for marketing team
- Simple video editing for DTC LED display monitor
