Period : Mid- June 5 to April 6

Places of Work : Tsim Sha Tsui, (Other places as assigned by the supervisor)

Monday, Wednesday to Friday : 0-0

Saturday, Sunday and public holiday : 0-0

Day Off : Tuesdays (except public holiday)

Salary : $ per hour

Qualification :

Experienced in customer services in museums;
Completed the Hong Kong diploma of HKDSE or HKCEE or equivalent or above; studied at least one science subject in HKCEE or HKDSE is preferable;

Speaking fluent Cantonese

Proficient in English and Putonghua is preferred;

Mature mentality and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Duties :

To guide and assist visitors the proper use of exhibits and to perform operational duties on selected exhibits;

To assist organizing and running Museum programmes and volunteer services;

To check the status of the exhibits, report anu exhibit breakdowns of damage;

To provide customer services to Museum visitors and answer enquiries;

To assist in crowd control; and

To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
