Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare monthly financial report and record accounting transactions
Perform bank reconciliation and facilitate payment process including petty cash
Assist in daily administrative support and
Ad hoc assignments

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting clerk

Secondary education or above

LCCI Certificate (Strongly Preferred)

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Proficiency in Oracle Accounting System (Strongly Preferred)

Goodmand of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Good team player
