The Division of Public Policy at the HKUST is seeking an Assistant Project Officer to support the administrative and logistical tasks for
Major duties include the followings :
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. The candidate is expected to be detail-oriented and accurate, with strong multitasking abilities, time management skills, organizational acumen, and communication skills. The appointee should be capable of effectively liaising with various departments and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. A strong background in computing science, particularly in handling budget spreadsheets, is advantageous. Knowledge of non-Chinese languages is a plus. This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of renewal based on performance. (Duration : 1 year)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave and medical benefit will be provided where applicable.
