D Posted byRecruiterOur prestigious client, a global insurance brand is looking for an experienced finance and accounting professional to head up their FP&A and Cost Analytics division. This senior role will be diverse in scope and will be responsible for managing and delivering business performance reporting and analytic requirements for the group. It will also take accountability for the strategic direction of the group's data requirements.

As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis this hands on role willbine supervision of the operating model strategy whilst also assuming responsibility forernance and oversight of insurance cost FP&A delivery. You will be accountable for the delivery of all performance reporting and analytic oues across insurance products, segments, cost management, region and country requirements. Continually looking at process improvement and automation you will have had a track record of success in managing and growing teams. With at least 15 years insurance experience within senior finance roles you will be a qualified accountant with a can do attitude and a broad understanding of business performance metrics.
