Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Responsible for the reconciliation and posting of investment assets and insurance business transactions
- Maintain liquidity measurement templates and monitor liquidity risks for thepany and sub-accounts
- Assist with the preparation, reconciliation, and submission of quarterly / annual RBC reports, and monitor solvency risks for thepany and sub-accounts
- Assist with the analysis and reporting of financial results, and prepare various internal and external reporting materials
- Assist with the conduct of corporate rating exercises and prepare rating materials
- Collaborate on the implementation of corporate financial automation projects
- Participate in annual budget preparation
- Assist with annual audit
Experience and Qualifications :
4 years or more of work experienceproficient in insurance or reinsurance business models and operational modelsexperienced in financial and project matters related to insurancepaniesproficient in Hong Kong insurance regulatory rulesProficient in IFRS 17Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS ExcelSelf-motivated, independent, details oriented and well-organizeGood mand in written and spoken Mandarin and EnglishFamiliar with accounting system - Oracle is preferredApplicants who do not hear from us within 8 weeks may consider their application unsuccessful and their data will be destroyed within 12 months of receipt.
