Our client is a well-known FMCG company with a great product portfolio. Currently they are hiring a Regional Logistics Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who 3PL management & leadership experience. Prior knowledge in covering China market is a plus.

about the job.

As a Logistics Manager, you will ...

  • Lead relationships with 3PLs for warehousing and freight activities
  • Play a key role in all operational tendering activities, subsequent analysis and recommendations to the business
  • Collaborate with regional finance and operations teams to develop new budgets
  • Participate in 3PL contract negotiations to define rates and service level agreements
  • Lead monthly and quarterly review processes with 3PLs
  • Challenge current 3PL practices to drive improvements

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree holder from a recognisable university
  • Min 8 years of experience in logistics, with 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Candidates from consumer goods industry / FMCG background are highly preferred
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Prior experience in working in multinational companies
  • Strong leadership & negotiation skills; Able to motivate the teammates
