Responsibilities
- Works closely with engineering team and US client to lead products execution from requirement, design and product development to production launch.
- Lead and manage a team of high caliber engineers in Hong Kong and mainland China to accomplish different Mac / mobile applications and solution development projects.
- Plan and manage project milestones, schedule and resources.
- Identify project risks & issues and timely meet the deadline.
- Collect and verify information from engineer and report to internal and external case owner.
- Coaching, mentoring, training and oversight the project team.
- Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies.
