You will be responsible for :
administrating and supporting end user computing environment including Windows and Mac platform; as well as Cloud platform like Microsoft 365 and Azure;
participating in solution and software evaluation, performance monitoring and diagnoses, identify and prevent potential issue proactively;
preparing technical documents and reports, implementation proposals and user manual;
working with and managing the vendor of IT projects and assisting in monitoring the implementation of IT projects;
providing system ongoing technical support and assisting the management of IT helpdesk service;
assisting in the management of IT service management processes, such as incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management;
ensuring all IT support services are delivered in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs);
assisting the development of technology roadmap for Microsoft 365 (M365) and lead the team to manage and support all infrastructure and services such as MS Teams, Exchange Online and Intune;
managing technology partners and vendors to deliver the required services;
assist in the procurement of computing hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring alignment within the Authority’s standards and cost optimization; and
performing any other duties as assigned by the Authority.
You should :
possess a recognised university degree or diploma in computer science, information technology or equivalent;
at least 5 years of experience in the IT industry with focus on IT operation support;
have strong experience in administering and supporting Windows, Mac, M365, Directory Services will be an advantage;
have knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL is preferred;
familiar with the latest workplace technologies such as cloud computing, virtualization, and mobile device management;
have ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
certification of Microsoft 365 Administrator is preferred;
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
