- Performing order fulfilment and handle I / E documents
- Liaising with factories, customers and freight forwarders for order-to-cash process
- Generate reports to support smooth Supply Chain operations such as order management and on time delivery tracking
- Identify process bottleneck to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of supply chain operations
- Ensure that inventory records are updated electronically in an accurate and timely manner
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma from logistics / supply chain or any relevant disciplineMinimum 3 year of working experience in logistics / shipping / supply chainCandidates from the electronics industry are highly preferredCandidates with experience importing to China / issuing LC is a plusFluent in English and MandarinFlexible, logical thinking, hands-onHands on excelERP / SAP userabout the benefits.
