We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team as a temporary maternity cover. You will assist us in providing proactive, professional, efficient and exceptional HR Generalist services to the HR Team and our internal clients based in our Hong Kong offices.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :
Provide comprehensive administration support to the HR teamManage full recruitment lifecycle for bringing in high quality talent into the organization for operational and service teamsHandle on boarding process including background check coordination, induction implementation and user account maintenancePerform system administration for Workday HR modulesUpdate and maintain our employee personnel files, staff discount benefit, medical insurance and MPF enrollment administrationPrepare all employment-related documentsFollow all HR processes and assist in ensuring compliance with these across the teamComplete ad hoc duties and projects as requiredThe type of person we are looking for :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years’ solid HR experience ideally coming from retail or services orientated companyWell versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislationsClear and efficient with communication both written and oral in both Chinese and EnglishHigh level of discretion and confidentialityExcellent attention to detail and accuracyPro-active and able to show initiative / ideas to constantly improve the HR service to the businessExpert knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel / Outlook / Word, preferably with experience in Workday system.
