To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team as a temporary maternity cover. You will assist us in providing proactive, professional, efficient and exceptional HR Generalist services to the HR Team and our internal clients based in our Hong Kong offices.

Location :  Hong Kong

Reporting into :  HR Manager APAC

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

  • Provide comprehensive administration support to the HR team
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for bringing in high quality talent into the organization for operational and service teams
  • Handle on boarding process including background check coordination, induction implementation and user account maintenance
  • Perform system administration for Workday HR modules
  • Update and maintain our employee personnel files, staff discount benefit, medical insurance and MPF enrollment administration
  • Prepare all employment-related documents
  • Follow all HR processes and assist in ensuring compliance with these across the team
  • Complete ad hoc duties and projects as required
  • The type of person we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid HR experience ideally coming from retail or services orientated company
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Clear and efficient with communication both written and oral in both Chinese and English
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative / ideas to constantly improve the HR service to the business
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel / Outlook / Word, preferably with experience in Workday system.
