职位描述Associate or Bachelor's Degree holder in Business, Management, Telecom or related disciplines At least 5 years' experience in Lease / Property Management and experience in Telecom field is an added advantage Good command of written and spoken English Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
Your Role
- Support Manager to analyze data in Property Market for the new IRS (Integrated Radio System) acquisition strategy and monitor daily workflow serving for ISO audit compliance purposes
- Control and monitor the project cost & revenue and handle all agreement & billing
- Negotiate the lease terms with Radio Base Station landlords for licence renewal
- Handle all administration works including site agreement and operator's participation
- Coordinate for Radio Base Station modification application
- Coordinate landlord queries / complaint cases to internal counterparts for handling
