IT Project Manager - FintechNew

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources for both application development and infrastructure upgrades / migrations.
• Manage project costs and quality, preparing thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the complete software development lifecycle, including analyzing business requirements, specifying functional requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including IT, business leaders, vendors, and external partners to ensure project success.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
• Establish clear documentation, including project charters, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
