Responsibilities
- Perform dunning calls and follow-up actions on delinquent accounts on unsecured and secured products including credit card / personal loan / overdraft / mortgage loan / SME loan and vehicle loan etc.
- Liaise with debtors regarding repayment schedule negotiations and debt restructuring arrangements
- Handle customer's enquiries regarding debt recovery related activities
- Provide administrative and clerical supports
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Ensure all collection activitiesply with the bank standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements, including the HKMA guidelines
Incumbent Requirements :
Secondary Form 5 or above qualification5 years of working experience in collection or customer service fieldGoodmunication & Inter-personal skillsSound negotiation skillGood PC skills - MS Word & ExcelGoodmand of spoken in English & Cantonese, speaking Putonghua will be an assetAble to work independently under pressure & target orientedHaving knowledge for relevant Codes, Ordinances & Guidelines introduced by HKMA / PCO / TUPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
