Business Analyst - FIX messaging protocol

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst to support front-to-back business enablement projects across multiple asset classes (Equities, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Ie, FX, andmodities)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk,pliance, Operations, and IT.

Analyze message flows and develop / maintain data models to support new business and products.

Define messaging and persistence standards across asset classes.

Establish rules-based data contracts, perform root cause analysis on violations, and coordinate fixes with system owners.

Document andmunicate models to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Drive projects involving transactional data (Orders, Fills, Trade Reports) across front-to-back systems.

Requirements :

3+ years of business analysis experience in capital markets (Front / Middle Office systems).

Strong logical data modeling skills for trade representation / storage.

Experience with FIX protocol and ER diagramming is preferred

Knowledge of DB2, Greenplum, or kdb is preferred

Knowledge in SQL

Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.

Project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge in asset-class (, Equities, Listed Derivatives).
