职位描述2-4 years of relevant experience in areas such as : Special Situations / Distressed Debt / Direct Lending / Mezzanine Funds / Real Estate Private Equity / Private Equity with exposure to Private Credit / Investment Banking / Restructuring Advisory Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Ability to assess risk holistically across sectors and asset classes High degree of business judgment, critical thinking, andmunication skills Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed buy-side financial analysis, includingpany, asset, and industry evaluation
- Build and manageprehensive financial models
- Perform in-depthmercial and financial due diligence
- Prepare investment memos for internal presentations to senior management and investmentmittees
- Present investment opportunities and support deal execution
