HR Admin (PT)
Working Location : Causeway Bay
Working Hours : from am - 6pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday (at least 3 days a week)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for daily human resources administrative duties, including attendence checking, Payroll, MPF, insurance enrollment, etc.
- Maintain staff records and HR system including payroll calculation, leave management etc.
- Performing clerical duties, such as data input and filing
- Responsible for general administrative work, supporting daily office operation and employee engagement activities
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplineKnowledge in Employment Ordinance, payroll and MPFFamiliar with computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.Good command of spoken and written English & ChineseResponsible and proactive team player who is willing to learnImmediate availability is highly preferred
