Responsibilities
- Engage client’s senior IT personnel to better understand their business objectives or challenges
- Generate demand through executive and solution workshops
- Position and sell solution value proposition, capabilities, case studies and ROI in a highly consultative manner
- Prepare high level solution design and configurations
- Prepare costing proposal and liaise with service delivery team for detailed solution design
- Support cross Line of Business proposal preparation and ensure proposition aligns with clients’ expectation
- Project kickoff and ensure smooth handover to service delivery team
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalentAt least 10 years of successful solution sales & delivery experience in specific practice areaExpertise knowledge on multiple topics (Collaboration Solution, IT Infrastructure, Systems Management, Enterprise Mobility, End Point Management, Desktop and Application Virtualization)Experiences in cross group collaboration and complex software system designMCSE, VCP, Cisco CCNP Collaboration qualifications highly desirableStrong technical sales and services experience in business / technology solutionsProficient technical credibility including history of leading successful project deploymentHighly developed consultative selling and client relationship management skillsProven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining client satisfactionStrong business acumen and analytical skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills and highly team orientedExceptional written and verbal communication skillsOur Client
