• Responsible for corporate actions reconciliation
• Liaise with agents and clients to research and process proxy deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with the line manager to identify, prioritize, and address key risks, ensuring a proactive approach to potential issues
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
