Logistic & Warehouse Operation Manager

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's overall logistics operations which includes forecasting demand, mapping out routing plans, and developing contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Supply Chain Management : Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products. Collaborate with vendors and negotiate favorable terms to maximize value and minimize lead times.
• Inventory Management : Develop and implement inventory control measures, including accurate forecasting, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring optimal storage conditions. Minimize stockouts and excess inventory through effective planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Warehouse Operations : Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and organizing medical devices and related equipment. Implement efficient picking, packing, and shipping processes, complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Transportation Management : Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, optimizing routes to minimize costs and lead times. Monitor carrier performance and ensure seamless coordination for time-sensitive deliveries.
