An international healthcare corporation which provides dietary supplements and personal care products businesses is looking for a talented Infrastructure Support Engineer for their IT team.
Your new role
- Deliver IT desktop services and support to end users in an office setting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user incidents and service requests related to collaboration tools.
- Manage installation, movement, addition, and change (IMAC) requests to support the desktop IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose technical errors and problems, determining appropriate solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely assignment and closure of end-user tickets.
What you'll need to succeed
4+ years of technical infrastructure helpdesk support experienceProficient experience in ServiceNowExperienced in desktop and laptop technologies, including Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Office 365, antivirus software, Veeam Backup technology etc.Knowledge of networking (LAN / WAN), tel, contact center technology, as well as Cisco and HP hardware.Proficient in English.
