Responsibility

  • Support Data Center operation to establish engineering and operation procedures.
  • Handle Uptime certification
  • Implement and manage energy / cost-saving initiatives in the Data Center
  • Manage vendors to carry out maintenance for all installations during weekend and review maintenance report.
  • Develop mechanism to measure the quality of performance.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery plan.
  • Manage the Building Management System (BMS) / Artificial Intelligence system.

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in facility operation in Data Center / Telecommunications industry
  • Familiar with critical facilities including chiller / cooling tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset, FM200, Pre-action Sprinkler System
  • Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, Result-oriented, and Organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Able to perform 7x24 emergency support.
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B (0) or above
