Requirements
Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language or equivalent;
At least 2 years relevant working experience in HR & Administration area;
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
Able to handle confidential information is a must.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support on recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, event planning and logistics etc. Handle on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, insurance etc;
Maintain HR system and staff database;
Provide office administrative support;
Assist to coordinate with different parties in arranging meeting & activities;
Assist related ad hoc projects as required
