职位描述Exhibit a firm grasp of legal, regulatory andmercial issues arising from at least one of the following areas : (i) securities and derivatives sales and trading, (ii) structured note issuances, (iii) asset-backed financing (including repos), (iv) securitization, (v) energy andmodities markets, and (vi) wholesale banking Exposure to at least one of the following regulatory regimes : (i) Hong Kong SFO and Code of Conduct, (ii) any iteration of MIFID, (iii) regulation of broker-dealers, (iv) regulation of swap dealers or (v) from aparative body of regulations A law degree from an accredited law school and having practiced law in Hong Kong, the PRC, the or any of themonwealth countries for at least 4 years A keen interest in financial markets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A proactive and can-do attitude Fluency in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to FICC on the structuring and documentation of market access products, financing solutions, structured issuances and risk management tools
- Draft, review and negotiate master agreements, MCAs and credit documents
- Monitor developments in financial markets and related laws and regulations and assess their impact with confidence and clarity
- Review and develop policies and procedures to manage legal risks
- Conduct training to the business on legal developments, regulations and policies
