职位描述Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines Five (5) years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support with proven experience in system analysis, design and development Solid experience in presales, technical positions of ICT solutions and managed services Having experience in project management is essential, PMP certificate is a plus Knowledge in either networking, virtualization, disaster recovery and cloud solutions is a plus Knowledge in either database management system, web and mobile application development, cloud computing and other latest IT technology is a plus Achievements in product or role-based certification (i.e. CCIE, CISSP) is considered an advantage Willingness to learn and self-motivated Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills Having a sense of responsibility and punctuality, with a proactive attitude
Responsibilities :
- Identify client requirements, define scope of project and propose the best solutions to customer
- Communicate with colleagues to get information of new technology or pass them the solutions for execution
- Evaluate the resources and costs required for solutions and try to match client’s budget
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Prepare documents, reports, proposals, and presentations, regular progress update to management and clients
- Attend and host latest IT related training, talks and workshops etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
