Provide general clerical and administrative support to the operation team
Prepare, maintain and update the records in a timely manner
Assist supervisor to prepare reports and documents
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties on subcontracting and invoicing issues
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Diploma holder with at least 2 years' administrative / clerical working experience, preferably gained in construction, engineering or testing, inspection & certification industry
Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive and self-motivated
