Requirements :

Diploma or Degree holder

Minimum 5 year experience in key account / sales / business development field
Experience in Building Material or Civil or Construction or Building Services industry is a must
Have network with contractors, consultants, architects and developers is a plus
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office application
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities :

Participates in business development and account management, solutions demonstration, presentation, and proposal preparation

Handle project sales project from managing initial specification to providing after sales services

Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Developers

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base

Develop excellent relationship with prospect and current valued customers
