Work alongside the Account Manager to handle and manage all administration tasks : PO’s and PI’s, Invoicing, Reporting
Work with the systems in place and ensure capture of data both internally and externally
Ensure customer service is a priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLA’s
Based on Account Manager briefs initiate all processes that lead to a successful and timely delivery
Ensure you communicate accurate project updates and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals. Diligently follow-up all orders to fulfilment
Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product and market knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase sales
Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer weekly reports, forecasts, profit Improvement plans and MI to the Account Manager in a timely fashion
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 1+ years administration within an agency environment or similar, experience with an FMCG client would be an advantage
Very good presentation skills with strong experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
Proactive, good communication skills, a team player, service oriented, attention to detail and follow up
Strong team spirit attitude
To display excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Cantonese and format to produce correspondence, progress reports, agreements, tenders, proposals and contracts
To collect and respond to Account Manager feedback in a timely manner
To demonstrate commitment to represent the company at regular customer meetings
To demonstrate commitment to maintain and deliver the highest level of customer service
