The Company :

Our client is a globally renowned financial services provider with a strong presence across Asia. They are seeking a dedicated (Senior) Compliance Manager to join their regional legal and compliance team in Hong Kong, focusing on data privacy, AI compliance, and anti-bribery initiatives to support their strategic operations.

Responsibilities :

In this impactful role, you will :

Contribute to the development and execution of Group compliance initiatives, focusing on data privacy, AI integration, and anti-bribery standards.

Provide guidance to regional entities on applicable regulations, assisting with risk assessments and policy implementation.

Strengthen compliance frameworks by reviewing reports, coordinating with local teams, and updating systems.

Develop training materials and communications to raise awareness of relevant policies and regulations.

Partner with other business units on cross-border projects, enhancing compliance expertise through targeted training programs.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in compliance within regulated industry, ideally with knowledge of data protection.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Cantonese and / or Mandarin is a plus for internal & external communications and engagement
