Responsibilities
- Present the products and services of company to prospects, customers and partners
- Cooperate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company’s products, and to provide sales support.
- Stay up-to- date with market competition and fully understand product offerings among competitors and highlight product differentiation during sales pitch
- Assess customer’s needs, develop and present suitable solution to meet their needs with solution proposal, RFP response and presentation
- Able pitch product benefits and set the right expectation to customer during pre-sales stage
- Demonstrate product abilities through Proof of Concept (POC)
- Provide services for new and existing customers until acceptance
- Manage expectation of customer
- Ensure accomplish and up to date documentation
- Ensure project status is well communicated with operation team
