职位描述DSE / Form 5 or above Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in apparel brands or related industry, specific Sportswear Completely up to speed on fabric trends that are appropriate to our brand Able to work under pressure, embrace changes, result-oriented, strong problem solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks environment Strong technical knowledge, good organization skills Strong sourcing experience with supplier required Coordinate with internally with different departments and externally with overseas suppliers Good English & Mandarin is advantage Immediately available to start work is preferred
Responsibilities
- Source vendors and develop new products according to the objectives and requirements of the company
- Responsible for product development from, material sourcing, sampling, follow-up bulk production and commercialization of the product
- Conduct supplier evaluation and proposals comparison, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive price and terms
- Monitor day-to-day operation including manufactures management, delivery schedule and quality control
- Risk assessment and precaution to ensure materials meet the brand specification and testing requirement
- Maintains material developments and testing data records
- Finalizes materials details, prices, surcharges, lead times and order / color minimums to meet calendar deadlines
- Travel overseas for the market trip and factory visits when necessary
- Assist to ad hoc tasks
