Senior Manager, Audit (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and assist Partners in carrying out quality audit service in various Financial Services sectors including Asset Management, Private Equity, Insurance, Banking and Capitals etc.
• Work collaboratively with members of Client Service, Marketing and Business Development teams to create strong links between marketing business development and key clients activities.
• Plan effective auditing process
• Inspect internal systems and controls, assess risk management tactics
• Explain audit findings and rmending solutions. Play a key in preparing audit proposals and presentations
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members
